A new subreddit has been created under the name Thinnerbeauty, it allegedly wants to "show how beautiful they[heavy women] could look if they put just a little bit of effort into their bodies" and to do so provides a series of photomanipulations. Almost all of them are done by only one guy who, imho, does a pretty good job.

You can check it out for yourself NOPE, though I don't know how long it will last.
