There an artist on DeviantArt that does gender, age swap, and above all, race changes. His name of Odachi65 and he uses this Japanese character modeling program to create various anime style changes. His race changes were good as well from turning a white person black, Asian, and Latin and back again. Very top notch.
Unfortunately, he was suspended for some time due to explicit content in his RP stories. He's back online now but I don't know if he'll continue with that for a while. Still, it's nice to see him back, I got a Choose Your Change ark I'm doing that inspires one of his work and I'm just about done with it.
