Hmm... out of all the Ranma I've seen, I only recall two scenes with process in the TV series, and kinda sorta one in the Phoenix Egg OVA/Movie . Tho only one was boy to girl (the girl patch thing with Happy)... the other two are girl to boy... and the Phoenix Egg thing it was just that in the bath...
