I completely agree with Mr. PR Cat. Deliberately doing something wrong to another for some type of 'pay-back' is some messed up behavior unless is from a character with the moral equivalent of

If the main plot in 'Hotel Infinity' is nothing more than a female revenge punishment theme- then I would seriously consider Mr. PR Cat's suggestions.
Also you mention seeking feedback for improvement… Is this improvement for the sake of getting better or more along the lines of increasing the bottom line of your business model? I have advice.
