I've been doing this whole rapid pregnancy thing over on tumblr and started making my own comic for it. Based on the "changeling" concept of faerie children being swapped for human children at birth. Involves primarily accelerated pregnancy belly expansion with a corresponding excuse to create lots of breast expansion, hip/butt expansion and lactation scenarios.
