Ok, I've been smacking my head into a wall looking for this sequence/comic for a while now. Basically it featured two members from the Teen Titans, Starfire and Raven. Starfire is looking for or sneaking into Raven's room and comes across a picture with Raven and someone else. Unbeknownst to Starfire, Raven has just entered the room and begins to berate her and eventually casts a spell on Starfire causing her to shrink out of her clothes.
That was the gist of the plot the only other thing I can remember is that the artist name was either Metalic-Taboo or zznomless.
