Soooooo... 43 unused votes. If we started with Arcane's original height using her rules she would first be reduced by 95% to 3.3 inches tall and added 19 cup sizes putting her at Q cups.
*ray envelops Arcane and slowly reduces her to 3.3 inches tall as her breasts slowly grow to soccer ball size on the tiny beauty.
