One of my favorite artists is
gomyugomyu. Also known as
mogmog on Pixiv, he does AR and AP, as well as TG, expansion (not just belly) and a few other things. He's got a really cute art style, his point commissions are relatively cheap, and he's also open to requests, but commissions and requests are only open periodically, if not rarely, and for a limited time. Currently they're closed, but I thought I'd mention him for future reference. He draws single images, before-after pictures, sequences, animations, comics, and still and animated avatars.
