Not sure how I missed this post before, but better late than never, I guess.
Unless there happens to be two Tatsumaki-as-Inkling pics out there, with one that I'm unaware of, that pic was drawn by
TheFuckingDevil of FA. He didn't post the pic on his account, but
I posted it on mine.
