This pin-up was included with the translation of chapter 28, but judging by her exaggerated bust this is just fan art and nothing officially connected to the series.
However, despite having no further giantess scenes, Mount Lady has popped up in the series several times since the first chapter, so there's still hope of some more GTS goodness!
