Winalato features a lot of bizarre, fetishy imagery, including two conjoined/fused models, a man playing women's butts like drums, male and female contortionists, a hand reaching out of a navel, lots and lots of women's feet, and a woman with Cash's rapping face for her vagina. (The last element is a pretty prominent part of the video) There's no onscreen TF but if you're into kinky stuff like this I think it's worth checking out.
