In the latest episode of Star Trek: Lower Decks "Caves", the main characters get trapped in a Cave and tell each other stories about other times they have been trapped in a Cave.
In Mariner's story, she and the Delta Shift ensigns are trapped in a Cave that contains a mineral vein that contains chronitons. Mariner and a Delta Shift lady move through the cave and age into elderly ladies. The effect is pretty well done.
Another male ensign also gets aged into an old man and the last male ensign gets regressed into a boy.
