Only way I know to do that would be to go to: http://www.onemanga.com/directory/ and view manga there. However, Arisu is not listed there.

Also if your computer has only 7 megs of free space which is the size of this download you shouldn't even be able to open most websites. Download and delete if you're concerned about space.
