Forums are a social meeting point, and they should have rules. If we let post everything here, there would not be difference between this forum and other ones. And precisely I really like this forum as it is because I can find proper TF content without scavenging into tons of garbage, as it happens in other forums.
And I could say that I know hundreds of people who really prefer to find the type of stuff they are looking for instead of having another generic "art for all" site. We already have deviantart to let everyone post from your kids' homework to your pesonal model portfolio, if you want to.
So please, stick by the rules, they are the only way to preserve this site, the one and only truly female-TF devoted in the whole internet... especially this subforum, considering that out there there are forums about GTS, FMG, TG, etc, but almost none that could reach a minimum level in terms of female transformation as it always has been understood here, by the common sense of the members.

But you're not answering what I had outlined, yes there are rules, you say there are rules, but literally there is not rules specified other than what is shown in a separate sub-forum. And even with that, there's only like 5 very VAGUE rules of what content is allowed/should be posted. So really the only understood thing with that is "This is a female only forum". But obviously the content of this thread contains female tf. But now you're contesting it because it suddenly goes outside the outliers of "this kind of female tf". I can see it being an issue if it was some child pornography hentai. But it's just a damned pokemon evolution, and the thing isn't being forced into anything at all.
I've seen plenty of non-consensual tentacle rape and whatnot on this forum with not a bat of an eye. And yet we have this innocent tf video of a simple pokemon evolution because 1) It didn't begin as a human 2) It's apparently child porn.
My main focus, is again, clarify what the hell you guys want to be posted on this forum. You say you'd prefer to have a place where "specific stuff be posted" so you don't have to sift through "garbage"
Well what in God's name is your definition of "Treasure", "acceptable" and "garbage", because over the past 10 years I've been on this forum, that line gets blurred out more and more and more.
