Looking for a comic I remember seeing a couple of years ago. All I remember about it was there was a character that could make boobs grow by grabbing them. First they make this dark haired girl's boobs grow and then put a leash on her and make her go down on all fours. I believe this person also made the girl grow a key shaped penis? Anyway this person then makes a blonde haired girl grow untill she fills up an entire room. I know its not a lot to go on, but it seemed unique enough that someone might be able to id it.
