Biceps aren't on the chest. They're on the arm. And with her turning into a skinny guy, talking about muscles seems completely out of place.
Anyway, that movie already had breast expansion, and it looks way better than that scene does in reverse.
Also, are you familiar with the breast reduction part of the Cat People TF scene?
