Steam game: The Spy Who Shrunk Me
Available on Steam for $15.
Play as Agent Audrey Smoothspy, who's armed with a stolen Russian shrink ray. Make your adversaries tiny and then dispose of the evidence via toilet, paper shredder, and other awful means. Or just shrink yourself to get past impossible obstacles.
I haven't played it yet myself so I can't speak to the quality, but it's only $15 and they just added a VR version if you really want to get into the game.
