Unfortunately not.
I contacted my bank and they stated that the card is active and there are no restrictions for online payments. I tried to make the payment again...same problem.
So it isn't with the bank or my card.
Might want to talk to the folks handling the processing of payments. With them not accepting Paypal, and this apparent unresolved issue, I can't renew my subscription. Pity too. The comic looked interesting.
