The game is about one character suddenly getting enormous boobs, and having to learn to live with all of the problems associated with it. There's a fair few gender bent characters, and in total 3 characters get bigger busts in this game (not counting the gender swapping)
There's an overarching conflict involving magical creatures and monstergirls which gets more of a focus than the BE aspects, it's more of a buddycop story with BE than a BE story with buddycop. Sorry, I worded my original post poorly.
