IDW has released Dungeons & Dragons: Evil at Baldur's Gate #4 (at least digitally; not sure about physical copies). This is the long-awaited one with Nerys (the female cleric) dealing with her lycanthropy.
Without giving too much away, this was actually pretty good. The story is overall about what you'd expect, though my guess as to why a cleric from Ravenloft would conceal a werewolf bite from her fellow clerics was wrong. (I thought she was trying to get an edge against Strahd and the vampires, since they did the traditional werewolf vs vampire thing in the book.)
Process-wise, there's several good drawings, and they didn't shy away from showing it. There were a few complaints I have: No tail (though D&D has always been wishy-washy about that), she inexplicably goes from only growls to speech, and while there is some clothes-bursting, it is inexplicably back when she reverts.
But all things considered, after a long wait, I feel satisfied. And hopefully some fan art will do Nerys further justice.

The lead-ups happened in the previous two series: She was bitten during the Shadows of the Vampire series, and during Frost Giant's Fury she concealed the infection from her superiors, and at the end sat on a cliff at night and watched horrified as her hand transformed.
