I like the coloring for Cloud's clothing, which you gave some detail to in the upper-half. The added moogle is a nice touch.
The breasts seem a little... odd-shaped. Perhaps the left one just seems a tad bit too small. And Cloud has too much of a baby-doll face in this picture, in my opinion. I recommend leaning toward a more adrogynous face.
And, oh, what if she had a skirt, instead of pants? That would look excellent on that picture, in my opinion.
