AR sighting in Macross Frontier

It's a before/after, so no process yet; but here's to hoping.

Klan Klein, the Meltraedi squadron lead on the Frontier goes from being an adult to a kid when she's miclonized* because of a genetic defect.

*For those unfamiliar with the Macross/Robotech universe: the Meltraedi and Zentraedi are giant genetically engineered humanoid aliens. Meltraedi are all female, Zentraedi are male. Micronization/miclonization means making them human-sized, so there's elements of GTS and SWF too.

All kinds of awesome but not really process wise. Still, I am becoming a bit smitten with the character due to her assets at large size and the fact she AR's when she gets smaller.

Yeah. Some canon miclonization process would be nice, but I get a feeling this will work its way into the inevitable doujinshi.

Might have to see what I can cook up if I get some time without interruptions...

Awesome! Macross is the best!

I love all things cannon Macross. This series, while good, seems mostly to be fan service and homages to its past. References to the past series are everywhere. I haven't seen the latest episode yet.

I love that they added in side effects to the Miclonizing process. It gives characters some interesting perks. Will definitely look at this.

Its really hard not too... (no pun intended) Im still hoping for good quality process to make its way onto the web.

I've actually got something in the works to make up for the lack of process in my op post. It just may take a little time before I get it finished and posted because I have to do it around work and family...

Since I promised I'd do something, here's a preview: three sketches (out of five) of a sequence I'm working on.

They still need a lot of work, but I'm still in the 'sketchsketchsketch, curse because I botched something or it didn't work the way I wanted' phase.
