It's a picture of a older woman that I morphed (Photoshopped) into a younger woman. So it's a before and after picture and a morph. Here's the original picture.

Thanks impaction1967. Normally I do breast expansion morphs, but I thought I do something a little different. I did do something similar on a BE morph by Magic about five years ago. I was just starting so the finished product may seem a little rough. I'll see if I have anything else.
