Grachi
I found out about a show last week called Grachi. It's a latin american show (I think) about a school where several witches attend. The show has some transformations but not much process.
Episode 37 has two girl to dog transformations (and another girl is turned into a chewtoy) at the end of Episode 53, a girl is changed into a mouse. She remains this way for most of the rest of the season. Episode 64, a guy is turning students into rabbits, however this scene is brief. The transformations are mostly poof though. They are all on youtube. There might be more. I learned about it on Metamorphose.org but it's not on any of the main pages. The new season begins within a week.
