No, they're different compression formats. RAR files need WinRAR (which can also open ZIPs), while WinZIP only opens ZIPs. The built-in ZIP file handler in Windows XP won't open RARs.

After seeing so many hentai manga about girls getting raped, t's refreshing to see one in which a girl is not only not raped, but saved form getting raped and having sex consensually afterwards.
