This was probably drawn by somebody who had only a menial knowledge of the mythos, or was requested it and hasn't played the game before, and made the legendary "Samus" mistake regarding Kayle's gender.
On a entirely different note, hilarious.

Actually I remember that thread on the league forums. Kayle was done intentionally as a male as she is the only other character that is not uber-sexed up. Riven was fairly normal for riot, well until bunny girl.

Have you ever seen the part in Red vs. Blue where they go inside Donut's mind and the soldier in the pink armor is a woman because Donut thinks he is a woman?
I think that maybe Riven doesn't know that Kayle is a woman, and in her mind, she is a man.
