This can't just be me, but that ugly render of Susan or whatever her name is doesn't look too good. Looks really low-budget, but then again, it's a show.

When word of this spin-off cartoon series production came about recently, I've seen numerous people make the same comment about Susan/Ginormica as you have and finally have to say I agree as well. The rendering from the film just looked so much more life-like, especially when compared to this spin-off. But like you said, "it's a show", or rather a cartoon. Movie... Cartoon...... Movie.. Cartoon. Point made. ^_^

One interesting result that came out of the first show is that Susan is not always Ginormica. He has control over her size now.

I waxed lyrical at some length here.

If you're in a tl;dr mood - the bottom line is unless you're super desperate for giantess/growth (and I suppose shrink, if you want to count the reverts) or are a BIG MvA fan... don't bother. A wasted opportunity.
