Totally Spies - Pageant Problems
A newer episode unreleased in the US (the ones including the Versailles shrink ray) has a woman take an unstable formula and become elastic. In addition to plenty of GTS, the villainess grows independent limbs, shrinks her head, becomes a dwarf, inflates like a balloon, and goes completely flat.

I'm guessing the unstable formula was suppose to preserve the evil lady's beauty but instead made her into rubber? Also, there were quite a few moments where she was nightmare fuel o.o;
