First! (maybe?)

Whoo, this is all very exciting. Brand new forums and all that, I mean.

Here's my question: how many of you folks are actually into this whole AR/AP thing? It seems that I tend to see a lot more enthusiasm for the other genres the Process hosts (not to slag on anyone, different strokes and all). Anyways, discuss.

It's too similar to pedophilia for most people.

That's probably one of the main detractions. But the process of change that takes place here usually is VERY good. Its the end result that people are a little eerie on.

When the sex was more fun...

I like the process of AR as well, and the end result (in my mind) is cute! I really don't think in the pedophilia way a lot of others seem to... I dunno. Why does sex have to enter into it all the time?

I have to admit that AR has never really held that much appeal to me, although I don't have a problem with it. I hadn't really thought about it from a pedophelia angle because, like shruken_girl said, it's a Process that I don't associate sexual context with.

Now AP, on the other hand... I'm for more of this type material, as it's closely related to growth, my favorite Process.

Amen to that. I've always been a 'bigger is better' minded guy, so AP holds a place in my heart

It is second or third to last in my head compared to the others (Transgender being last *shiver*), I mostly like the change and the growing of the boobs mostly, .

I like AR and AP sometimes, but nearly all stories/art related to that fetish are disturbing on some level. The only AR that doesn't make me think "Gee, I dunno about this" is the middle age/senior citizen to young adult/teen stuff, since I can see it as a positive change. And all AP is questionable, unless it's a reversal of AR, as rapid aging means advancing in life without living. There's so much psychological weight involved, and yes, some of it is tantamount to pedophilia; a woman with the mind of a child is more a child than a woman, and it's wrong to take advantage of a child's innocence and trust.

You can, of course, explore such situations without getting into sexuality. One can write a light, humorous tale a la Freaky Friday, that can be read without any discomfort. And if you end by resetting the status quo, it's nothing more than an adventure. It's when you enact permanent changes, extreme changes, changes that are the whole reason the story exists, that things get iffy. Then you either turn your brain off, or try to answer the difficult questions that arise.

Who was it that once said that the hallmark of a good story was that it made you a bit uneasy and made you think? Ray Bradbury? *scratches his head* It's true regardless...

Thumbs up

well i can say because i'm a cynical twat...

it depends how offended you are, I personally am not offended by pedophilia because I say if I can get my rocks off to inflating chicks there is nothing wrong with some guy getting his rocks off to a young kid.

I see it like this. I'm sure noone would expect me to grab a woman with a pregnant belly and rape her and then kill her in the street. Peodophilia however has got these overtones because of the media.

There is nothing wrong with me looking at pregnant women and so i don't see the problem as long as nobody is harming anyone else. Why can't a guy find young kids attractive and yet just look at pictures (not pictures where the child is forced to strip or is tied up) just pics of kids??? I think the media has given these people a bad press.

I mean people can accept homosexuality, bisexuality, hetrosexuality bondage and all the fetishes in between so why do people have a problem with peodophiles? I mean I think Transgender deals with some pretty weighty psycological issues but hey whatever.

The truth is drawing the line between fantasy and reality should be done first. If you do that then for fucks sake what does everyone complain about. I could be turned on by murder it doesn't mean I have to kill someone to get off it's just a damn fantasy. i mean just because my fantasies of body change are kinda impossible to do to a real human and it gives me a safe bubble of fantasy. Well that doesn't mean that all peodophiles go and rape kids just cause they're fetish based in reality. i f that was true I be really scared of the bondage scene and all doms, but they don't go around in latex and whip people all the time. geez... that's pretty narrowminded

So people that say you shouldn't fantasize that or this... WHAT ARE YOU THOUGHT POLICE. Stop me when I do the act, till then I can think what eva the hell I want. That's part of being a free human being.

It's not the AR I like in this site. It's the AP I prefer. I guess seeing young girls stretch/rip out of the clothes they're in as they age is always... cool.
