The Vagrant (AP)
This failed kickstarter game featured a child covered in bear fur: Betty the Bearborn. She can age into a toned, adult form. There is no point in speaking on her backstory, since the game was cancelled. There are glimpses of it in the kickstarter page, though.
The process itself is like the yokai barbarian from Muramasa: a white flash covers her aging body, leaving us with the process' silhouette. Maybe if the game would have been finished, she could have her own animated sequence...since her story claims she discovered her powers in a journey to self discovery. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=35P1bOwJdsw (Timestamp : 0:35 or so) |

Actually, the game got Greenlit on Steam and it'll be released in the Q3 of 2016. So there's not to give up hope yet.

My my... Nice Find..! That "Bearborn" character looks so unique! The way a tomboyish girl like her growing and stretching into her bear fur suit to become a bear warrior is very creative and sexy. Thank goodness the game still made it through.

From the title I had hoped it would be a short film about a real girl but it never is.
