Cant find file

I recently had a major computer malfunction, and lost one of my favorites, (damn gateway piece of crap)

Reguardless, i was wondering if anyone out there could help me find one of my favorite processes, its Done with picture edits, not drawings of a woman growth over several weeks on an island where they were conducting growth tests, but became stranded.
