Something I found. I don't know much about the subject other than the characters are from those Touhou games. If anyone knows more about the character(s) and can fill us in on the minor details, that would be great.

The one transforming is Hong Meiling, the Tai Chi practicing gate guardian for the Scarlet Devil Manor, she is a youkai though I'm not sure its ever directly stated she is a dragon. Her nickname is China because, ostensibly, she is Chinese, and no one in the setting gives a damn otherwise.

The other character appears to be a young or regressing version of Sakuya, the sole human resident of the manor and effectively the head maid. Ironically, capable of kicking Meiling's ass.

I presume the later pics are from the dungeon in the basement, where they keep the.... confused younger sister of the manor's owner. She has.... slight omnicidal tendencies.
