Red face a bit of advice.

well i've not been one to colour in my pictures or shadeing so im fairly new to it. I gave colouring and shadeing a section for a manga page a try , ive been told that i do fairly well for a novice but i thought how about to exspert adivce and what better place to ask, here with some of the best artist ive seen. well here is the picture ive done, i rotoscoped over the drawing then coloured and shaded it in. i did it all in flash by the way just in case your woundering.

I'm just woundering what do you think? and is there any advice you could offer me? thanks a bunch

p.s some of the quality was lost when i saved in to jpeg

Re: a bit of advice.

looks pretty good for a start. You could define his collar on the shirt with shadows and creases...the hair could use more definition and refine your skin tones...This looks like a good base pic.
