Explosive Statue Inflation - Probably not too much of a crowd for it
So in an anime called "Mezzo DSA" there is a device called the "Angel". It looks like a statue of an angel but then proceeds to inflate boobs first and then start inflating entirely 'til a big boom as Lilu would say.

The original Mezzo Forte has a similar scene. This is from the Mezzo tv series, if I'm not mistaken.
