Somewhat Demon girl to even more Demon-looking

I've been introduced to this anime by my college's anime club. I got really interested in it and decided to watch the rest on my own. It's about a regular guy (who can't fight) and a hero bear got mixed up with some woman that wants to destroy the world for some reason. The police of this world that were chasing her thought those two were always part of her group (The World Destruction Committee, but it's just only her) just by standing next to her. Strange thing is she doesn't seemed to be a typical bad guy but as more of an anti-hero, she wants to destroy the world but saves people if it happens to be the case in her battles. Anyway, I found a TF about a demon(?) girl transforming into more of a demon.
Honestly I don't know what she really is but she turns into a somewhat demoness creature when she fights.

She's a dragon. Someone I know is supposed to show me more of this show, but hasn't gotten around to it. There's a lot of animal/demi-human type characters like that in the series, but I've only seen her have a tf.

Yeah I discovered that about 2 days ago, I wanted to say something about it but I wasn't sure yet until yesterday. Yeah, she's actually a dragon, it makes me wioinder when's the episode where she fullly becomes a dragon.
