I dont know actually, I just follow scour the usual forums (Narutofan, animesuki) and they always snatch a preview picture elsewhere

Best source I've found is TheSubwire.com if you're able to download torrents. There's a massive number of groups that submit their releases to the site. Both fansubbing and scanslation. Free to use, don't need a log in. I just tossed their RSS feed into my Bloglines list and called it good. If you know which chapter that happened in, I can try to find and nab it.

Maybe the reason for the AP is what Noitora said. In chapter 289 Noitora says that Nell is a former espada.
