Just like the others? As in it's not nearly as funny as the old ones and just rehashes old characters to make us want to buy it for nostalgia's sake?

I am being overly negative, I'll probably end up buying it and liking it; lets face it though, these just aren't as good.

I don't know. I felt like Bender's Big Score was just good all-around. Wasn't too crazy about Beast with a Billion Backs. I think I'd watch it for that "nostalgia" at the very least. Besides, it's something new with humor I generally like. That series really died before its time in my opinion.

Bender's Game, a play on the title of Orson Scott Card's well-known sci-fi novel Ender's Game.

Re: new futurama movie (spoilers)

Bender's Big Score was really the benchmark from which they should have built upon but I feel that both Beast With A Billion Backs and Bender's Game are just not in the same league.

This definitely felt like someone tossed out the idea "hey, let's do a Futurama parody of LOTR!" but then they spent half their time just trying to work that into the thing.

Full opinion here.

This reminds me of 07 comic con with Kevin Spacey's Q&A
