Bambi. Nothing like watching a deer see its mother get killed to scar a young mind. For that matter, a lot of old Disney movies were terrifying.

For me, it was The Brave Little Toaster. That was SCARY SHIT. Also, Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland.
