Since I don't like moe anime, I stopped watching this series. Maybe there might be more good scenes in this series. So, basically I have no clue what's going on in the scene  I googled, and found out that the first series were subbed. You should find and watch the subbed one. This anime is not available in the US, and not scheduled for US Release.
Guardian Hearts is fansubbed though. I found it relatively easily at: http://www.animesuki.com/ On the other hand, I can't seem to find Guardian Hearts Power Up! available anywhere. Has anyone checked Emule?
