I think that anime just has big boobs. I haven't seen any BE in that one, not that I haven't seen.

I can say for certain that there is no BE in Sexy Sailor Soilders (the US Title). I have seen it myself and the woman are just VERY well endowed. They do not get any bigger. If you watch it yourself you will see what I mean.
