Quick Doodle on paint

This is my very first try at a BE pic. I gave it a quick go on paint and came up with this in 10 minutes. What you guys think? Piece of crap or I might have some potential? IF its any good I might try to be more serious in more BE drawing. Please be honest. ^^

That looks great. I bet if you could draw pictures on paper and scan them into your PC, they would be so much better even.

I doodle on paint all of the time. Kinda has the okikai (sorry if the spelling is wrong) feel to it.

Hey, all good artists have to start somewhere and need a little bit of encouragement to keep going. So nice work, keep practicing, and I can't wait to see what you come up with next.

Hey, Paint can do some very nice things! ...but this isn't one of them.

If you're doing lineart like this, 'coloring' it is extremely easy; use good ol' mister bucket and give that 10 minute art some 5 minute coloring (and shading!*(%!) -- it'll make it that much better, too...

Looking good, there's some minor details that could be better but I rather skip criticizing.

Thanks for the opinions guys! Aww, come on Denny if I don't know my faults then I'll never improve. Yeah, I know I rushed and skipped of minor details, but I'm still practising on pencil and paper and thanks for the advice GenericName, I'll give it a shot.

I'd have to see another from you to give you a better opinion, but I'd say there's potential. Your style is fine and the lines are good. I worry whether you have the sense of anatomy/proportions needed tho.
Overall it seems like a "not bad" in my opinion.

Okay, here goes. There's something about the eyes. Even though a basic simple rule is to keep the width of one eye in-between the visible ones it doesn't always look the best. I think it would be better to either widen each eye and move them apart more. Or just move them apart. (my personal opinion here..) Or the effect could be because of the reason below;

I think her cheek is way exaggerated. I know what touch you're trying to get but it's just way too exaggerated compared to the rest of the face.

Shoulders, neck, hair, breasts and upper arms looks fine. Something about her lower arm and hand there looks wrong. The hand is way too simplistic and a tad small, her lower arm is quite short too.

Btw, is that her bellybutton below her boobs? If so her bellybutton looks like it's placed almost at the side of her stomach, not in the middle. :P

I hope I didn't totally bash your work with my rambling. The picture got an overall comical feeling but could need some more work.
