Exploding or malfunctioning women

I've always been interested in the build up to the malfunction or explosion such as a twitch in the eye, a spark, sporadic movements, change in speech. You know, small signs that something is about to happen. Anyway, I was just curious if others had similar examples besides these.

1. Fembots in Austin Powers 1/Vanessa in Austin Powers 2/ Brittney in the 3rd

2. Episode of Buffy where a man designs a robot girlfriend that battles Buffy until it malfunctions/powers down.

3. "Cherry 2000", A movie where you could have a robot wife for all your sexual desires. The main character comes home to his "wife" in the kitchen and things start to get heated. The dishwasher (for some reason) overflows with foamy water while he and his wife are rolling around on the floor, she short circuits and stops moving.

4. Sims 2: A mod is available where you can skin the robots to look just like humans that wear clothing. Making them get in the hot tub or leaving them out in the rain causes them to malfunction and run about crazily until they blow a fuse and power down.

5. Blade Runner/ Screamers (I guess, not the best examples but noteworthy)

Any form of media is most welcomed.
