Softballs BE

Cyndi Davis held her bat nervously, shifting her weight back and forth on her feet. She'd been known as "Smashin' Cyndi" for her batting prowess all through high school, and her college career was coming off to a great start, but lately a delinquient puberty was starting to put a serious crimp in her style. Her batting average seemed to be falling as fast as her cup size was soaring, and no amount of sports bandages seemed to hold her burgeoning bosom out of the way of her swing. She spent hours every week with her coach, but the extra buldging weight up top just kept throwing her swing off- she was fouling what would be easy homers before, and worse, actually *missing* on occasion! She knew that the regionals were her last big chance. If she couldn't hit it big at the next series, she'd be benched for sure.

Re: Softballs BE

Well, that was that. "Smashin' Cyndi" was no more. With two straight strikeouts not even getting a piece of a ball at the regionals, she'd been pulled off batting duty all but permanently. Still, her coach knew talent when he saw it, and so Cyndi found herself at second base. Not the most prestigious position on the field, certainly wasn't first base or shortstop, but still vital to the team. Her still-growing assets even proved to be somewhat useful in the role- the way they strained the seams on even the losest league jersey, some erstwhile base-stealers would lose their step mid-sprint from being distracted by their huge, wobbly mass. Cyndi was a bit incensed in the back of her mind, but if it helped her win at softball, she'd allow it. After all, softball was her life- so long as she could play, she would, and to the best of her abilities, late blooming be damned.

Re: Softballs BE

Cyndi sighed as she settled in behind the plate. It was a view she was rather used to, staring down the pitcher, but usually it was staring down the opposing pitcher, not the one from her own team. The decision to make her a catcher had been reached from two angles; firstly, because her enormous chest had made all but the briefest sprints for fly balls nearly impossible, and because the catcher's pad- the largest men's size they could find that was league-allowed- was the only thing even semi-adequate to the task of preserving her modesty. Still, even in this role her enormous bosom offered a tactical advantage- the burliest runner out there couldn't knock the ball from her grip when she was on home plate, not with a good couple feet of shock absorption between the catcher's pad and the rest of her. She'd even re-earned her nickname, with a slight edit- it was now "Smash-in Cyndi", after the waterbed-like displacement her chest made from someone running into the front of her. She'd take what she could get, though- after all, a perfect record of plate-holds isn't something just any catcher could claim.

Re: Softballs BE

"All right, let's hustle!" Cyndi said, clapping her hands as the freshmen ran past her on their way to the back fence. As she watched some of the more developed girls bounce, she thought wistfully back to when a little bouncing was all she had to worry about. Still, the stack of trophies in the alumni cabinet and mentions in the paper and sports illustrated (who delicately avoided staying too long on her obvious "disability") made it all wortwhile. And especially good was the offer of a coaching job once her career ended, Cyndi literally having grown out of the sport. Having to become good at three different disciplines in the course of her college career had given her a keen insight into the game, and she passed her knowledge onto the up-and-coming softballers that passed through the school. Like the old saying went, 'those who can't do, teach,' right?
"Jenkins! Williams! Pick it up!" She yelled at a few of the stragglers as she caught them staring at her boobs. The doctors had said they were pretty sure she'd stopped growing, but the damage was done; as some of her students joked, her boobs came into the room long enough before she did to introduce themselves and order a round of drinks. So sure, maybe she had the biggest "softballs" in the world, but her team had made it to the nationals three times in a row. Hell, the olympic team used them for their warm-up games this year. Not a bad career if she said so herself.

I found the story to be great. Not to long not to short, with great progression on the pictures. Keep up the excellent work!

All's well that ends well. Nice art, nice short plot that my stunted attention span can pay attention to. Double plus good.

It just sort of happened, really. And it was more me amking a story to his drawings, not the other way around. And I couldn't darken jack, I'm a complete noob where it concerns image editing programs.
