Mainstream sci-fi blog io9.com has shined a light on giant women and tiny men who love them. It's a primer on the giant women fetish and includes a bunch of photomanips and original artwork (some of which seems familiar somehow).

People have been dreaming about loving giant women (or becoming giant women, for that matter) forever. But the Internet has fostered a really vibrant, creative community of people who've created artwork and lore. This fetish it has a fancy name: macrophilia, according to this 1999 Salon article. There are actually two different types of macrophilia porn: There are women who've been hit with growth rays (or growth viruses) turning them into giants. And then there are men who've been hit with shrink rays or whatnot. The science-fiction origins of this fetish rest with movies like Attack OF The 50 Foot Woman and The Incredible Shrinking Man.

I wonder how many new people will show up here in the following days after doing a search on Google once they're aware this turn-on legitimately exists.

Probably found them posted somewhere and just decided to use them... theres enough free material that someone who is unaware of the fetish probably figured it was mostly free anyways.

OP, are you the same "High Commander" that used to do BE Addventure round-robins with Leviathan, by any chance? the whole "Moontouched" saga those two did was one of the best bits of collaborative TF/BE I think i've ever read.. ^^;

Yes, I am that same High Commander. Thanks for the compliment! The nature of the Addventure means that feedback is rare, so I'm always glad to hear when someone likes my work. In all fairness, it was Lycanthrokeith (not Leviathan) that I used to collaborate with for "Moontouched" and a handful of other ongoing stories.

These days I'm working with Punchbag on "Naked Natalie," another long saga in a similar style. It begins with a girl moving away to college and discovering the fantastic family legacy of superpowers that are only active when she's naked. As the story unfolds she gains friends, lovers, confidants, extended family, and a nemesis or two. The traditional Addventure themes of breast expansion, superheroines, giantesses, shrinking women, sexy werewolves, hot cowgirls, She-Hulks, lesbians, transformations, invisibility, transgender, and undoubtedly a few things I'm forgetting at the moment all appear at some point.
