So I was browsing deviant art through other user's favorites hoping to find a shining gem in a sea of artists in practice and those-in-denial-of-their-skills,

then suddenly I saw this not-so-good picture that seemed a bit familiar.

But oh, wait a second,

it is the same thing I saw two seconds ago!

Not even a flip on the horizontal, a change of facial styles, a lick of originality.

Though I doubt there will be justice, hell I don't even care if he gets punished (Because he'd just do it again anyways.) I just want you folks to realize the dumbassery, point, and laugh.

Hard.

Also if you even have a remote THOUGHT about objecting to the idea he directly copied it. Do the following step by step process!:
1.) Click the DeviantArt picture to enlargen it
2.) Right click and hit "View Picture". Leave it this size.
3.) Go to the Danbooru picture, preferably place it in a tab next to the DeviantArt 'likeness'.
4.) View Picture on the Danbooru one.
5.) Play "Spot the Exact Same Lines" with it until you lose count.

I'd suggest he traced it, but dear lord! That would insinuate he's not even good at that! Considering the lines, though about to the point exact as a diagram saying "Draw this shiz", are out of proportion from belly to head.

And not to mention I do not know what went through this morons mind in SUBMITTING this.

"I shall copy a really good artist so that I can draw their boobs... but make it crappier and more #$%@ier looking!"

If he were to die his only contribution would be to Darwin's Theory.

Who says he leaves no trace and flies off the radar, and who here thinks he'll deny it as long as physically possible.

hmm to be fair, i think he copied not traced, that?s actually a good exercise if done right... but i doubt he did things like getting the structure or even trying to take mental note of the proportions...

still being honest the work is not great so meh but should at least say he got the pose from the picture linked here... and could at least have changed the hair or expression >.<

There are major factors that makes one question if this is a exercise or if this is a complete deception.

For starters, HE'S SUBMITTED A COUPLE DOZEN of these. And they all look pretty familiar, though I'd have to painstakingly find each one's proper owner.

Secondly, no recognition of the real artist. If his point is to practice, then go ahead! If your going to submit, fine! GIVE RECOGNITION. It's like making a research paper. Quote all you want, its plagiarizing if you don't say "Oh and it was this guy who found this out, not me."

And finally, yes, no structuring. And they're EXACT and TO THE POINT. Tracing isn't the best practice to start with, and when you just copy every line to the exact, not a single attempt at your own style.

Sadly I've seen worse, much worse art theft done.

I would link to the picture I'm talking about, but fortunately my report on the thievery actually saw justice and was taken out.

Suffice to say it was basically this greyscaled and a background added. Literally too... there were some details that were just WAY to precise to be a simple trace or reference.
