Terrorsmith is one of the New Bloods, people who were given superpowers as part of DC's Bloodlines event in the '90s. His power is transforming people by touch. He starts out apparently only able to change them into monsters, but then it's revealed that this is because of his dim outlook on the human race: he can change them into anything he wants, but he only makes people monsters because that's how he sees them.

Think about that. He transforms people into whatever he wants by touching them. And he has a little trouble controlling it. The fanfics just write themselves, don't they?

Although it doesn't make him less different than any of the other characters that can TF others... wait a minute he's cooler, mostly because he's more like the main character from Infamous.

Life isn't barrel of laughs for him though before or after his got his spinal fluid slurped, afterwards his insides looked like a pinball machine and his taste-buds were super-whonky
