Unfortunately it doesn't look that authentic, her hair and clothes look the same in the comparison but the grass is different, it could just be pregnancy pics being played off as a gag. Also that her last name is Dowdswell makes me suspicious.

But her breasts don't look bigger, which was the first thing I looked for on the pregnancy fake guess.

Call me crazy, but the girl in the first pic and the girl in the comparison pic don't look like the same girl.

Ignoring the possibility of this being fake and the fact that if it IS real then it must be a stressful condition to live with, I've never been more turned on.
