You forget the scariest part of a zombie apocalypse. It's not the dead you need to fear, at least their behavior is predictable, it's the living you have to watch out for, because you never know what they're going to do. Think of every death and plot twist in the series so far, one way or another, they all happened as a result of a living person's actions.

The fact that it is a show about the zombie apocalypse is the only thing that has captured my interest through season 1 and 2, which frankly I thought sucked. I don't like MOST of the cast. Daryl, Glen, Hershel, Dale, Maggie, and Beth are the only characters I've ever found tolerable.

The premiere of this season was excellent though. I have no idea if I'll like the new character, Moira(I think), but if she's with that blonde chick, those scenes are sure to suck. Only character I hate worse than her is the useless woman in the main group that has a buzz cut.

I am happy and sad with this new season, I know they were planning on killing hershel in season 2 but kept him alive at the last minute, and now he's been bit. Damn I hope they have a good reason for this, like his daughter going to rick's son for comfort.

Rick applied a tourniquet and amputated the leg quickly enough to perhaps save him temporarily. I don't know how a crippled man lives through the entirety of the season though. I think he's basically dead at this point.

I hated that stealth "I'm pretending to be a corpse" zombie. That is total BS. Zombies don't have tactics. They are mindless.

That pissed me off too, it couldn't have been more predictable too! I hate that crap.

Yeah they went through those hallways they should have double tapped the corpses laying on the ground, just totally stupid way for their only medic to begin his end.

Anyways, they surprised me with the prisoners I never considered there being anyone inside of that place alive with all of the prisoner and guard zombies inside, and the guard in the tower blowing his own head off.

Did anyone else laugh when Rick ripped off that one zombies face? I thought it was funny.

It was a great effect, glad it seem like savini style zombie gore.
