Possible interesting development...
Do you guys remember Guardians of Luna? I know it's been in development hell for years and years and didn't look like it was ever going to go anywhere, but the latest announcement is hopeful. Maybe.
Apparently FUNimation's agreed to distribute the film when it finishes and a manga is being planned as well. I saw the news posted today on Anime News Network here. |

oooh, interesting, and only a 26 episode series. Very nice indeed, and seeing that the guy that did the animations for gungrave is there is even more pleasing.

They've updated their website with a production journal with some details on story/universe building and they're adding character profiles with designs every month. They've got the lead guy on there so far.

Ehm, the only "problem" to this show is that it is going to be suitable for teenagers. I mean, I'm convinced about the future quality of the series and so, but it won't deserve much discussion on this forum... Anyway, I hope it will go wonderfully well to them, they have worked hard, for sure! |
