Its a new Ms. Marvel. Carol Danvers was renamed Capt. Marvel after Marvel got the rights to the name back. The new Ms. Marvel technically can only grow and shrink herself and her limbs, not stretch them, but its still early on so its unclear. However its not unheard of for superheroes to have the same superpowers, i mean look at all the people in marvel who have super strength and durability?

Let's not even get started with DC.

Just to let everyone know the new Ms Marvel can grow and shrink her entire body and she can actually stretch herself. In Marvel Now Point One there is a small story about her and she demonstrates the ability to grow and shrink herself entirely, also because she can't fly she stretches her legs so that she can run long distances in a very short amount of time. Her legs were around 50 feet long but I don't have the images. The car in these images is normal size.
